The content and information provided by Astrovila should not be considered as professional advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content or predictions.
In order to access certain features of the App and Website, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Astrovila immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use the App and Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any behavior that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to other users or the functioning of the App and Website. Astrovila reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and Website if you violate these Terms or engage in any abusive or inappropriate conduct.
All content, materials, and features provided by Astrovila, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are the intellectual property of Astrovila and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials from the App or Website without prior written permission from Astrovila.

Astrovila provides the App and Website on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided through the App or Website. Your use of the App and Website is at your own risk.
In no event shall Astrovila be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App and Website or reliance on any content or services provided therein.
As Astrovila primarily provides digital astrology services, we do not offer traditional returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or service credit at our discretion.
Astrovila is a digital service provider. We do not ship physical products. All our services, including horoscopes, palm readings, fortune-telling, and zodiac reports, are delivered electronically through our App or Website. Delivery is typically instant upon purchase, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of purchase. We will review your request and may offer a full or partial refund based on the circumstances. Please note that repeated refund requests may result in account suspension. For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. In cases where a service has already been delivered (e.g., a completed astrology reading), we generally do not offer refunds unless there was a significant error on our part.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Jharkhand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India/Jharkhand.
By using Astrovila, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App and Website.
